Omaha Point
Tightly held since they were first purchased back in the early 1990’s, these sections represent the final release of bare-land sites in the North Omaha subdivision. Located at the very tip of Omaha Point, none of the sections are more than a flat, 50-metre walk from both the harbour and the ocean beaches – and the reserve out front can never be built out. At this time, there are just five sections for sale – two of which are absolute beachfront.
